• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products related to FMCG sector
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers.
• Increase market share, increase availability, increase profitability.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.  
• Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Handle customer complaints and provide post-sale support when needed.
• Keeping updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market conditions.
• Work under pressure.
• Creating reports and updates for all sales activities to direct manager.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in food sector, dealing with retailers, and a chain of supermarkets and groceries.
• Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
