Duties

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Organize and supervise shifts
• • Train his/her team with a consistent mission regarding restaurant’s goals to achieve desired results
• • Ensuring guests’ satisfaction

• • Part of the restaurant’s management team

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English Language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good management and organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in similar position, will be considered an advantage
• College degree in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions
• • Ability to work under pressure
