The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Prepare client data reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Provide reports and documentation to comply with regulations and internal reporting requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified in collaboration with the Back Office team.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive bank records to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
  • Monitor and track outstanding items, ensuring they are promptly resolved.
  • Implement and adhere to reconciliation procedures and internal processes.
  • Liaise with other external advisors and service providers as required.
  • Remain informed about relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices pertaining to reconciliation processes and safeguarding of client assets.
  • Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
  • Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any related field.
  • Previous experience is a must, preferably, in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • An energetic, positive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive and results oriented.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
