AZIA RESORT & SPA , an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of RECEPTION SUPERVISOR

Tasks

  • Supervising the Front Office procedures.
  • Helping and training Reception staff.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Natural flair for first class service.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.
  • Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
  • High standard of and computer skills and good knowledge of reservations.
  • Team spirit and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
