Non-Motor Underwriting Support Officer (Nicosia District)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and information to clients and partners with the aim of concluding new policies and renewals, ensuring proper pricing, as well as maintaining and developing the client portfolio.
- Collect all required documents and supporting information necessary for the successful issuance of insurance policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry using the company’s systems and in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including preparation of correspondence, scanning and filing of documents, etc.
- Maintain high service standards and contribute to the overall quality of the team’s work by providing support in all departmental tasks.
- Perform any other duties related to the nature of the position, as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- University degree or diploma in higher education.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
- Flexibility and willingness to provide excellent service to the Company’s clients and partners.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Qualifications considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Diploma in Insurance Studies.

Working Hours
- Five-day working week.
- Flexible arrival time between 07:45 – 08:30.
- Two afternoons until 17:30 (with a 30-minute break).
- Three afternoons free (working hours until 14:00).
