MGO – PGA Teaching Professional

Minthis Golf is seeking a fully qualified PGA Teaching Professional to join our established Academy team on a self-employment status. Working alongside our experienced coaching staff, you will deliver high-quality golf instruction to members, guests, and visitors while building and developing your own successful client base.

The destination features a luxury 90-room five-star hotel, an award-winning spa, exceptional practice facilities, and a continually expanding residential community, providing a consistent flow of golfers and resort guests throughout the year.

Our coaching facilities have recently been enhanced with the addition of a Trackman Range and a Trackman 4 launch monitor, giving our teaching professionals access to industry-leading coaching technology. Responsibilities:

·         Deliver engaging, high-quality individual and group coaching sessions for golfers of all ages and abilities.

·         Build, develop, and maintain a strong and loyal coaching client base.

·         Work collaboratively with the Academy team to provide an exceptional coaching experience.

·         Proactively promote coaching programmes and lesson packages to members, guests, and visitors.

·         Demonstrate an engaging, professional, and enthusiastic coaching style.

·         Prioritise client retention through excellent service and long-term player development.

·         Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Minthis brand to the highest standards.

Necessary requirements:

·         Fully qualified PGA Teaching Professional.

·         Additional coaching certifications or continuing professional development are desirable.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous but not essential.

·         Eligibility to work in Cyprus
