An international group of companies operating in the online performance marketing and affiliate industry is partnering with GRS Recruitment to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing analytics and marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that directly influence marketing strategy and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and fast-growing organisation operating at the forefront of the online industry, with strong exposure to performance marketing, affiliate campaigns, and data-driven decision making. The position can be based in Nicosia, Limassol, or Paphos, depending on candidate preference.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and management team
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Interpret marketing and performance data using statistical and analytical techniques
- Produce and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing campaigns and channels
- Support data-driven decision-making for marketing and business growth strategies
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams to prioritise business needs
- Identify new marketing opportunities through data analysis and trend monitoring
- Assist in campaign performance evaluation and optimisation recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting requirements and business metrics
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from management and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Excellent Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing metrics is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- €28,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
