At ChillBase, we’re developing the unique social roleplay game OneState, and we are currently looking for a LiveOps Manager to join our LiveOps team.

We have built a living, long-term economy without constant wipes, where players themselves play the key role. This requires us to apply modern approaches to game balance and monetization. Join us and help shape the success of the game by creating a positive experience for millions of our players!

What you will be doing

• Drive revenue and engagement KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives
• Plan, maintain, and operate the LiveOps calendar, including events, offers, promotions, and regional activities
• Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, Development, Art, and Localization teams
• Analyze player behavior, event performance, offer results, and monetization funnels to identify growth opportunities 
• Develop and test monetization hypotheses, and evaluate results after launches
• Participate in planning and execution of major in-game events, updates, and releases
• Support publishing and regional initiatives from the LiveOps and monetization perspective
• Contribute to the long-term development of LiveOps, monetization, and player engagement systems for One State
• Participate in incident handling (errors, bugs, compensations) following existing processes and guidelines
