Περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας

Easybrain is a fast-growing international IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Now we're looking for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join the legal team in our Cyprus office. You'll be the go-to legal partner for a fast-moving product and business team - advising on everything from app store compliance to ad-tech contracts to IP protection, in an industry that moves faster than most legal frameworks anticipate.

  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across product, monetization, marketing, and HR teams - this is a generalist role with real ownership, not a narrow specialism
  • Own GDPR and data protection compliance, including liaising with DPOs/regulators and keeping policies current as EU and international privacy law evolves
  • Draft and maintain EULAs, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and internal policies
  • Negotiate and draft commercial and tech-transactional agreements: publishing, business development, content licensing, distribution, and ad monetization network agreements
  • Handle IP matters: trademarks, copyright infringement/enforcement letters, and protecting game IP across jurisdictions.
  • Advise on app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play) and platform-specific compliance risks
  • Flag and mitigate legal risk proactively, before it becomes a business problem
  • Law degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to tech, gaming, or digital media
  • Strong background in commercial/tech transactions, data protection, and IP
  • Familiarity with legal issues specific to mobile apps and platforms (app store terms, ad networks) - a strong plus
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent matters independently, with sound judgment and minimal need for oversight
  • Fluent English
  • Strong digital literacy
