Trust Insurance Cyprus is seeking a candidate for the position Junior Marketing Officer – Digital & Web, to join the Marketing team.

The person in this role will be a member of the Marketing team, will report directly to the Head of Marketing, and will support the management and development of the Company’s digital channels and those of its insurance partners. This position is intended for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing, websites, content, and new technologies, who wishes to grow through hands-on involvement in the Company’s key projects.

  • Content management and updates for websites and digital channels.
  • Support for the creation, management, and updating of insurance partners' websites.
  • Creating and customizing content for websites, social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Support for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Content optimization for SEO, landing pages, and call-to-actions.
  • Supporting the Company’s and its insurance partners’ online presence on websites, Google, and social media.
  • Creation of digital creatives and basic promotional materials.
  • Monitoring the performance of digital campaigns and preparing brief reports.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal departments to implement digital projects.
  • Ensure that digital content is consistent with Trust's corporate identity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Web Design, or another related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with managing websites and CMS platforms, such as WordPress.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe tools, or other content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for creating and improving content.
  • Ability to create accurate, understandable, and commercially effective content.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Organizational skills, creativity, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Previous experience in creating or managing websites.
  • Experience with paid digital campaigns or performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of video editing or multimedia content.

    The ideal candidate should have basic practical knowledge of digital and web tools, as well as a willingness to further develop their skills through mentoring, training, and participation in real-world marketing projects.
