- Manage incoming calls through the company’s telephone system and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Provide professional telephone customer service support
- Create and process customer orders and forward them to the Production Department
- Manage front desk reception duties, welcoming clients, partners, and visitors
- Provide assistance and customer service within the company’s showroom
- Maintain and organise filing and documentation related to the Reception Department

- Strong computer literacy, including proficient use of internet applications and email systems
