HSS MARINE SAFETY SERVICES LTD is looking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer, to join their team.

  Responsibilities:

• Receive enquires from the customer through email.
• Coordinate with company’s service engineer allocation of jobs and all arrangements related to traveling, attendance and submission of service reports.
• Creation and control of all manual filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
•  Search for the approved service stations online, through the website of the manufacturers and/or classification societies member of IACS.
• Assist in tracking open projects and bulk orders, ensuring they progress on schedule.
• Request for readiness, despatch, freight tracking, documentation legislation, invoicing etc (where applicable).
• Follow up new regulation requirements in co-operation with Operations Manager.
• Receive enquires from the customer through various media including fax, email, and letter.

  Requirements:

• BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage. 
• Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities at once.
• Computer literature.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
