Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd is seeking to hire Customer Service Officers for its stores across Cyprus.

Company Overview

Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd, the leading DIY and Home Improvement retailer with 6 department stores nationwide, is looking for Customer Service Officers to join our teams in all districts (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos).

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Transactions: Handling product returns, processing refunds, and issuing invoices.

  • Special Orders: Managing and processing special customer orders.

  • Communication: Handling professional telephone communication with customers and making in-store announcements.

  • Customer Support: Providing excellent service and resolving issues regarding complaints, returns, and repairs.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a satisfactory level of knowledge regarding the company's product range.

  • Repairs: Coordinating and handling the product repair process.

Requirements

  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in both Greek and English.

  • Digital Skills: Good knowledge of Computer systems/applications.

  • Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Integrity and professional ethics.

    • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Enthusiasm for the role and a pleasant personality.

    • A collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
