We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Brand Leaders team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about brand building, with a strong strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in building relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and bringing ideas to life.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated marketing communication strategies for assigned clients and brands.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns across all touchpoints.
• Analyse and evaluate clients’ industries, businesses, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Act as a key point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure brand consistency, performance, and growth.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the digital environment, including platforms, channels, and performance metrics.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, highly articulate, proactive, and able to both lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
