Barman / Barmaid

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Barman at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance, and follow health and safety rules.  Will never leave the bar unattended
• Always keep the Bar clean throughout the service. To ensure that “mis-en place” is completed prior to service.
  
• Has a sound knowledge of the Bar lists and beverages, helps the Guests by explaining it.
  
• To take orders, and serve drinks and beverages to guests, in a courteous manner.
• To prepare any other cocktails apart from the ones listed on the Bar list and to be aware of the pricing policy regarding those cocktails.
  
• Coordinates the staff working outside the bar and serving outside the bar, when needed.
  
• To promote sales of food, beverages and any special events organized by the Management.
  
• To check goods issued by stores stock the bar and all items
  
• To prepare requisition for the following day, ensuring that stores have received it.

Qualifications Requirements

• Previous experience in same or similar job
• Great Level of Greek & English language
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
