Bar Waiter

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Bar Waiter at Leonardo Cypria Bay

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance, and follow health and safety rules.  
• Always keeps the Bar area clean throughout the service. To ensure that “mis-en place” is completed prior to service. 
• Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer and replace empty beer kegs. 
• Has a sound knowledge of the Bar lists and beverages, helps the Guests by explaining it and to be aware of the pricing policy.
• To take orders and assists the guests with the explanation of drinks menu. Serves beverages to guests, in a courteous manner.  
• To promote sales of food, beverages and any special events organized by the Management.
• Handling billing machines, taking bills to customers, collect money, and give the change. 
• To deal with customers’ complaints or/ and reports to superior
• Should be very well versed in local area history, places of interest, shopping etc. 
• To check the cleanliness and safety of the post before shift departure.

Qualifications Requirements

• Previous experience in same or similar job
• Great Level of Greek & English language
