Περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας
This role will be based on a rotating shift pattern
including Night Shifts and occasional Weekends. Shifts are 8 hours with a 30-minute
break, working 5 shifts per week plus 1 weekend shift (as needed). Night shift
is 6 hours only.
Your role at HFM:
- Process and monitor client
deposits.
- Investigate and process client withdrawal requests.
- Process funds
transfers.
- Provide assistance to
all departments for back office related tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with
the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations.
- Request additional
documentation when needed, communicate with banks and processors and conduct
any further required investigations.
- Check KYC documents and
activate accounts.
- Assist clients with
general finance inquiries.
- Provide daily
screenshots of payment gateway balances for accounting reconciliation.
- Reply to all client
emails regarding account approvals and funding.
- Report any issues to the
line Manager.
