Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Account Manager at CDMA Services Ltd in Strovolos, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing client accounts and building strong relationships.
• Understanding client requirements and developing customized strategies to meet their goals.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or business development
• Knowledge of network, voice, and security solutions is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
