Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research worldwide upon request, analyze results and reflect them in TA reports
  • Collect information about hiring needs from stakeholders, document it, suggest ways of building of healthy interview process based on these needs. Planning search strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers on each stage of hiring process, provide guidance and educate
  • Passive search: administering job postings, advertise company's roles in different channels, process referrals
  • Active search: identifying matching candidates and reaching out to them using professional networks, direct contact data, professional chats, groups, etc.
  • Create lists with feedback criterias on different stages of hiring process (pre-screen, Cultural Fit, Technical interview etc)
  • Conducting candidate pre-screens 
  • Provide guidance, updates and constant feedback to each candidate and applicant who goes through a hiring process (within 1 week)
  • Organizing interviews for candidates and hiring team members
  • Interview candidates, screen their skills and identify competencies needed for a specified position or team 
  • Administering ATS Lever, keeping track on logging everything on time, so every hiring team member timely updated it
  • Facilitate preparations for candidate's onboarding
  • Owning recruiting process, improving it and keeping it responding to team's current needs 
  • Analyzing own productivity using recruiting metrics and OKRs, building reports based on them
  • Train hiring managers and interviewers on best interview practices and approaches. Build cross-department interviewing foundation, maintain and scale it 
  • Participate in company's external brand development, being the company's ambassador using different professional platforms and channels
  • Organize reference check
  • Work effectively with talent pool and snoozed candidates
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology
  • Knowledge of recruitment process full-cycle, experience of maintaining and scaling it
  • Skills to partner with business and technology experts to create the most efficient interview process and candidate experience
  • Knowledge of the IT sphere specifics: understanding of different business models, professional functions and titles, programming languages/technologies/frameworks/libraries/etc., understanding of the software development basic lifecycle
  • Industry knowledge is a big advantage: knowledge cryptocurrencies market, market trends, risks and market players 
  • Proficiency in interviewing: behavioral interview models, open questions, competency-based approach. Ability to evaluate competencies
  • Knowledge of common recruiting metrics. Experience applying them on practice
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
  • Flawless communication skills - respectful yet clear and straight-forward. Ability to work with escalations and process negative feedback
  • Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources
  • Analytical skills, ability to search for information, critical thinking
  • Knowledge of international laws of onboarding is an advantage
  • Fluent Russian 
  • Good level of spoken and written English (B2+)
