Asst Bar Manager

Responsible for the smooth and right operation of all the bars inside the hotel Supervising the quality of the drinks and the standard of service, according to the standards set by the management, in order to satisfy the guests of the hotel Checking that the staff follows the standards of operational procedures, as set by the management Training staff on regular basis Supervising the procedures of stock taking Required Qualifications: A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language 3 years' experience in the same or similar position Organizational abilities Ability to solve problems The Company Offers: Full training in all the company's service procedures Pleasant working environment Opportunities for continuous professional development Accommodation and half board package Possibility of long-term employment
