David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company. 


Position: Sales Retention Agent with Portuguese

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Highest Base Salary in the Market + Full relocation package + Competitive Commissions (Hot Leads) 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with existing and potential clients to promote FX products and services

  • Manage client relationships with a focus on retention and long-term value growth

  • Convert high-quality leads into active and funded trading clients

  • Increase client trading activity through proactive communication and relationship management

  • Deliver high levels of customer service and support throughout the client lifecycle

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and trading conditions

  • Handle objections effectively and support conversion and retention targets

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and CRM documentation standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent Portuguese

  • Minimum 6 months experience in FX retention (preferred but strongly desired)

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Confident client-facing and sales-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Understanding of FX/CFD trading environment

  • Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate immediately

  • Previous experience in FX sales, brokerage, or financial services retention

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools

  • Sales-driven personality with strong commercial awareness.
