Position Available
The Sales administrator will facilitate the company to improve efficiency, provide satisfactory customer experiences and elevate processes. This person will help provide auxiliary support for sales representatives and organize important information related to sales.
Responsibilities
- provide support for account managers and pre-sales
- assist in the creation of proposals to customers
- assist in the RFP answers and coordinate the tasks that need to be done by the AMs, Presales and the technical teams and vendors/partners
- assist in the review and creation/revision of contracts
- assist in answering queries about products, orders and deliveries
- contact customers obtain missing information from them
- help in presentations’ creation
- help in administration activities for maintaining the Microsoft Partnership related tasks e.g. creation of CPOR PoEs, co-selling activities, claiming incentives, funds, licensing/products keys support tickets, etc.
- maintain and update sales and customer records
- help in creating monthly sales reports
- Stay up-to date with company’s offerings, new products and features
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
