Produktionsleiter

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Produktionsleiter to join its team in Limassol.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
• Coordinate production activities with warehouse, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
• Monitor production performance, quality, and safety KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure all products and manufacturing processes comply with relevant technical, quality, and EU regulatory standards
• Lead, motivate, and support production personnel while promoting a strong health and safety culture
• Perform any other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of production processes, resource planning, and quality management systems
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks) and production management systems will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage

Remuneration Package:

• Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,400 – €2,700, depending on qualifications and experience
• Pension Fund Scheme upon successful completion of the probation period
