Job description
Your role at HFM:
· Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute the day-to-day
management and optimization of paid social acquisition channels. Launch,
monitor, and scale performance campaigns focused on driving Leads, FTDs, CPA,
ROAS, and LTV.
· Hands-on Platform Management: Actively manage and
build campaigns inside ad platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
Manager, Telegram Ads Manager, and X Ads.
· Testing & Creativity: Implement testing frameworks for
creatives, funnels, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Identify new growth opportunities and emerging acquisition channels.
· Data, Tracking & Reporting: Analyze day-to-day
campaign performance to provide actionable insights. Ensure tracking accuracy,
monitor pixel implementation, and work with attribution models under the
guidance of the Paid Social Media Manager.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with
creative, compliance, and product teams to design high-converting assets while
adhering to strict forex/CFD marketing regulations.
