Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in response to clients requests
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with clients
  • Assist in other daily activities, office administration and any project that may arise
  • Greeting clients, dealing with telephone enquiries, organizing logistics and documents


Requirements:

  • University/College degree
  • Fluent in English and in Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
