HR Trainer/Consultant

Our client, a dynamic Consultancy Services company based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated HR Trainer/Consultant to join their team. • Meeting with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals to identify learning priorities
• Designing engaging learning experiences and development programmes
• Delivering impactful workshops on leadership, culture, performance management, business acumen, and people development
• Helping organisations solve people and culture challenges
• Contributing to real projects that improve workplaces, empower leadership teams and develop talent
• Collaborating closely with clients to create positive and sustainable workplace change
• Contributing ideas, creativity, and insight in business development initiatives and proposals

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in any area of study
• HRDA Trainer Certification
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team management roles
• A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and genuine passion for people development
• Previous HR or consulting experience is a plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• €28,000 - €36,000 Gross per annum
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
