Our client, a dynamic Consultancy Services company based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated HR Trainer/Consultant to join their team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals to identify learning priorities
- Designing engaging learning experiences and development programmes
- Delivering impactful workshops on leadership, culture, performance management, business acumen, and people development
- Helping organisations solve people and culture challenges
- Contributing to real projects that improve workplaces, empower leadership teams and develop talent
- Collaborating closely with clients to create positive and sustainable workplace change
- Contributing ideas, creativity, and insight in business development initiatives and proposals
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in any area of study
- HRDA Trainer Certification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team management roles
- A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and genuine passion for people development
- Previous HR or consulting experience is a plus
- €28,000 - €36,000 Gross per annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
