Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcomes guests with professionalism and handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and room assignments.
  • Accurately process billing, cash handling, and financial transactions in line with hotel policies.
  • Responds to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless service.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, VIPs, and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensures smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepares shift reports, support handovers, and escalate unresolved guest concerns when needed.
  • Upholds safety, security, confidentiality, and brand standards while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Supports teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in the same position or any similar experience within the Hospitality Industry of at least 1 year.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Previous knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is considered an asset
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction
