Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests with professionalism and handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and room assignments.
- Accurately process billing, cash handling, and financial transactions in line with hotel policies.
- Responds to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless service.
- Maintains updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, VIPs, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensures smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepares shift reports, support handovers, and escalate unresolved guest concerns when needed.
- Upholds safety, security, confidentiality, and brand standards while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Supports teamwork and clear communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the same position or any similar experience within the Hospitality Industry of at least 1 year.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Previous knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is considered an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction
