Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
• Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards.
• Conduct market research and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, operations, and financial management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
