Floor Supervisor

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Floor Supervisor at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To distribute the floor workload fairly among the staff. To supervise works to cleaners and maids in order to achieve maximum cover. 
• To check daily that all public areas including restaurants, offices and staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms have been cleaned to the standards of the hotel. 
• To inspect cleaning of guests’ rooms, arrival, departures and vacant clean rooms, same as, suites and VIPs. Το assist the room attendants when ever is needed. 
• To complete room’s status report, and reports irregularities to the Head of Housekeeping Department. 
• To ensure that the lost and found procedure is implemented.
• To liaise with Technical Department for damages and other works to be done.
• To ensure the established cleaning aids and materials are used for the proper jobs and to use correct quantities.
• To check Housekeeping equipment and machines are maintained and in good working order. 
• To liaise closely with the Reception, Maintenance, Linen Room to ensure proper and on time preparation of guest rooms.

Qualifications Requirements 

• Knowledge of Greek or English language and computers
• Graduated from hotel school or hospitality management
• Previous experience in a similar position.
