E-commerce & Revenue Executive

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of E-Commerce & Revenue Executive.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report to Yield & Revenue Manager
• Liaising with the Group Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, Digital Marketing company, Marketing Manager, Sales Managers, Reservation Manager and General Managers of all hotels
• Process of Channel Manager and all OTA’s
• Process rate plans in PMS and mapping with external channels
• Rooms management to ensure inventory (Tour Operators, groups & OTA’s) is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits
• Follow up Leonardo websites
• Follow up NYX websites
• Content management of webpages
• Monitoring Stop Sales, reduction of allotment, free sales
• Monitoring competitor performance
• Performing promotions/special offers to generate volume in hotels.

Requirements

• Consideration of revenue management or related certifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and individuals.
• Ability to develop and execute promotions to drive hotel revenue.
• Ability to manage website content for platforms like Leonardo and NYX.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) for rate plans and room inventory management is vital
