Design Engineer

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Design Engineer to join its team.

Duties:

• Design and develop 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering solutions for new, existing, and customised equipment
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, spare parts lists, technical specifications, certifications, and testing records
• Ensure all designs and technical files comply with applicable engineering, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with production teams on prototype development, testing, and the transition from design to manufacturing
• Contribute to Research & Development initiatives focused on product improvement, performance, and functionality
• Support the continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support throughout the design and production lifecycle
• Perform any other related duties as required

Requirements:

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a Design Engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken
