Customer Service Representative (Danish)

David Kennedy Personalvermittlung is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Larnaca, Zypern.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Danish)

Location: Larnaca, Zypern 

Work model: On-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via inbound calls, email and live chat

• Assist customers with questions regarding digital services and account-related inquiries

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Troubleshoot common customer issues and guide users through available solutions

• Maintain clear, professional and customer-focused communication

• Accurately document customer interactions and case information

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases when required

• Contribute to a positive and efficient customer service environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1)

• Fluent English

• Completed secondary education

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Good computer and technology skills

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach

• Clean criminal record

• Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
