Cosmos Insurance, a dynamically growing insurance company with a long-standing presence in the Cyprus market, is seeking to strengthen its Customer Service Team in Nicosia.

Customer Service Officer
Location: Nicosia District
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide information regarding insurance products.
- Support and serve new and existing clients through in-person service, telephone, and email.
Sales
- Identify opportunities for portfolio development and explore customers’ insurance needs.
- Promote products based on client requirements, focusing on high-quality sales.
Administrative Support
- Process policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations through the electronic system.
- Prepare quotations and handle premium collections, including issuance of receipts.
- Assess insurable risks in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
- Perform administrative and support tasks related to the Department’s operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Team spirit and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage
- Diploma in Insurance Studies.
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of an additional foreign language.

Work Schedule
- Five-day working week.
- Flexible starting time between 07:45–08:30.
- Two afternoons until 17:30 (including a 30’ break).
- Three afternoons free (working hours until 14:00).
