Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

A boutique law firm with a strong international focus, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join its growing team in Nicosia. • Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Company incorporations, reorganisations, and restructurings.
• M&A transactions and legal due diligence.
• Corporate governance and ongoing compliance.
• Liaising with regulators, financial institutions, and professional advisers.
• Supporting international clients establishing and expanding operations in Cyprus.
• Working on innovative projects involving technology, AI and international investment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to solving complex business matters.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in advising and liaising with international clients.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ambitious and committed to building a long-term career within a growing international law firm.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• €32,500 - €45,500 Gross Per Annum
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability

• Paid annual practising license renewal and Lawyer's pension fund contributions.
