As a Senior Web Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex web data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with marketing and land development teams to enhance digital performance and deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will manage web data collection, aggregation, and visualization for multiple products across the organization. This position provides a unique opportunity to play a key role in the digital transformation of an established international business and in shaping data-driven decision-making across the team.• Ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and consistency across the website by managing and optimizing web analytics and tag management solutions • Leverage data visualization best practices to build marketing and business performance dashboards • Develop and present regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders • Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing tracking implementations and resolving discrepancies. Required skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or IT environment • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web tracking best practices • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar. • Strong experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking implementation. • Basic SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets. • Basic Python knowledgeSolid understanding of A/B testing best practices and applied statistics • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
