Job description
Your role at HFM:
- Presents products and services of HFM to prospective clients in
informative manner.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing
support and addressing all inquiries related to the company's offerings
and services.
- Provides guidance to new clients on the onboarding process and
develops client relationships .
- Cultivate successful client relationships and maintains a high
level of client satisfaction.
- Knows all the features and benefits of all products, services and
trading systems and tools offered.
- Attains full understanding of the Company’s internal operating
systems.
- Engages with prospective clients to provide company
information, respond to queries, and maintain ongoing communication.
- Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and
Know Your Customer procedures.
- Explains to clients the Company's trading system.
- Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all
internal systems.
- Develops a sound understanding of trading market conditions on
a daily basis.
- Is proactive in self-development regarding industry knowledge.
- Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
